Structural engineering

The economic basis for building construction, civil engineering and structural engineering.

We plan buildings of all kinds and our core competence lies in structural design. For us, a successful design is the result of clear communication, the inclusion of complex boundary conditions, competent technical processing and the willingness of all project participants to compromise.

As a standard, we create a 3D BIM model in addition to conventional designs. Using this model, we can identify interdisciplinary conflicts and disagreements at an early stage and resolve them with everyone involved in the planning process. The resulting structural concepts are ready for execution planning because we have already considered the execution details during the concept phase. Experience has shown us that well-thought-out structural concepts make effective use of a budget.

Costs are certainly the final determining factor for all project developments. We support our clients in the early planning phases with data from the 3D BIM model, as well as with estimates of all required building material quantities, such as steel, concrete, and built-in elements, from our internal statistics database. We can do this because our database includes data sets for a wide variety of building types that are over 1 million m².

Regardless of the project, we offer technical and economic consulting during all project phases as well as refurbishment and demolition concepts for every structure.
